Director of Nursing in Northern Minnesota
Management Resource Solutions Inc. (MRSI) is currently searching for a Director of Nursing (RN) for a non-profit long term care facility in Northern Minnesota. It is a smaller skilled nursing facility with very low turn-over in staff. We are looking for a leader and coach in the industry. Because there is such a great-long tenured nursing team, this organization is also open to considering Registered Nurses who are interested in taking that step up in their career.
The ideal candidate and attributes we are seeking:
- Director of Nursing (RN)
- Long Term Care experience, 2+ preferred
- Management experience, 1+ year preferred
- Leadership and coaching abilities, positive role model
- Point Click Care experience is preferred
The facility is 4-star CMS rated facility with great survey history. Also, in an effort to retain and maintain staff they offer CNA classes to those interested in learning and growing with the organization.
