Opportunity: Health Services Director in Marin County, CA
Management Resource Solutions Inc. (MRSI) is currently searching for a Health Services Director (RN or LVN) for a High-End Assisted Living and Memory Care community in beautiful Marin County, CA. This opportunity is with a large senior care provider and there is a ton of room for growth and career advancement, they plan on doubling in size within the next 10 years. The ideal candidate and attributes we are seeking:
- Health Services Director (RN or LVN)
- Assisted Living & Memory Care experience, 2+ preferred
- Management experience, 3+ years preferred
- Leadership and coaching abilities, positive role model
- Passion for memory care
The client has emphasized culture, accountability, and work-life balance. Rarely (less than twice a year) will the HSD be called into the facility after hours. There is a team of wellness nurses in the community and they provide 16-hour care. We are looking for a leader and coach in the industry — someone who is great at observation and making recommendations.
