Management Resource Solutions, Inc. (MRSI), is doing extensive work in Pennsylvania and partnered with several Senior Care providers on their search for nurse managers and executive leadership needs. Currently, we are exclusively partnered with Senior Care Organizations that have a true dedication to quality care and passion for resident life. We are searching for strong Registered Nurses (RN) who are passionate about the geriatric population. 

We have openings for the following areas and positions:

  • Director of Nursing (RN) – Skilled Nursing – Philadelphia area 
    • Larger facility; 200+ beds
    • LTC experience; 3-5+ years preferred – Regulatory expertise needed
    • Company provides ample resources and is investing heavily in bringing property up to higher care standards
    • Multiple locations on the Eastern Seaboard – plenty of room for advancement
  • RN Supervisor (RN) – Skilled Nursing – Lycoming County area
    • Non-profit facility; 3-11 shift M-F only
    • Great faiclity with 5 star quality measures and 4 star overall rating
    • Responsible for house supervision as well as 15 bed short term transitional unit
    • Fantastic Administrator and DON – position only open due to retirement
  • RNAC Director (RN) – Skilled Nursing – Scranton  area  
    • Non-profit, faith-based, several locations on East Coast
    • True RNAC role with 2 others on the team
    • No on call, no floor, only 40-45 hours weekly
  • Director of Nursing (RN) – Assisted Living – Pittsburgh greater area 
    • Assisted Living and Memory Care experience; 3-5 years preferred
    • Neighborhood model of care – true dedication to resident satisfaction
    • Growing company and two more communities expected to open in 2020
