Opportunity: Chief Operating Officer – Home Health and Hospice
Management Resource Solutions Inc. (MRSI) is currently searching for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee operations of multiple Home Health and Hospice branches in both North and South Carolina. This organization has a great reputation in post-acute and community based services and has a true dedication to providing the best possible care to their patients. Our client has a very strong presence in the area and provides local, corporate support. This company has been serving the home health and hospice patient population in North Carolina for more than 40 years and they are expanding throughout the Southeast.
The ideal candidate and attributes we are seeking:
- Chief Operating Officer
- Home Health and Hospice C-Suite operational experience
- Multi-site experience required; 10+ years
- Will have 4-5 direct reports including VP of Sales, VP of Home Health, Hospice Director, and VP of Home Care
- Revenues between $75M – $125M
