Opportunity: Dietary Director in Inland Empire

Management Resource Solutions Inc. (MRSI) is currently searching for a Dietary Director for a High-End CCRC community in the Inland Empire. This campus is absolutely beautiful and well-respected in the area! This property boasts wonderful amenities, and the Dietary Director will work with a robust team. We are seeking true and passionate leaders to manage this team. The Dietary Director will have oversight of approximately 20 reports in the kitchen and on the floor; serving fresh, nutrious meals three times per day, as well as snacks for 100 Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing residents. The Director will also be responsible for preparing meals for the ocassional marketing events.

The ideal candidate and attributes we are seeking:

• Dietary Director  
  • Dietary services experience in CCRC, AL, or SNF; 3+ years preferred
  • Supervisory experience; 2+ years preferred
  • Ability to manage, delegate, and hold staff accountable
  • Hospitality mentality, positive demeanor
  • Knowledge of regulatory issues and proactive resident interaction
